What exactly is an "Offer Ready Lead"?

The definition, motivated seller can mean so many things today. So we coined the phrase"Offer Ready Lead". An Offer Ready Lead is a property owner who has already been contacted, screened, and has confirmed interest in receiving a real estate offer. No cold calling or chasing needed, just step in and make your move.

Are the leads shared or exclusive?

Every lead is 100% exclusive to you. We never resell or recycle leads, they’re generated, qualified, and delivered for your business only.

What kind of properties do these leads come from?

You define that. We customize your lead campaign based on your buy box, whether that’s land, infill lots, SFH rentals, fix-and-flips, novations, creative finance or anything in between.

How do you find and qualify these leads?

We use high-quality data, and REI-trained reps to generate leads. Each one is screened for motivation and readiness based on your deal criteria.

How many leads do I get each month?

While we are not PPL we do promise a minimum of leads each month depending on your needs and the package. You choose the package that fits your goals. This is a minimum not a standard, we always do our best to bring you more than what we promise. You can start at a 35+ minimum and scale to as many as you would like depending on your buy box perimeters.

Do you offer PPL?

Not exactly and here’s why. While PPL is a popular model right now, it often comes with shared leads, cold contacts, and zero context for the seller. That’s not how we operate. We provide exclusive leads only, and while we do offer a minimum lead promise, you’ll also receive any additional qualified leads we generate at no additional cost. This often lowers your true cost per lead far below traditional PPL rates.

More importantly, we warm up your leads. Sellers know someone specific >> "you" << is reaching out, not just a random buyer who purchased their info. That context increases response rates, builds trust, and sets you up to win the deal.

Do I need to do the follow-up?

We handle the initial outreach, qualification and hand off of the lead. You focus on what you do best building the relationship, making offers and closing deals. If you need help with nurture campaigns and systems please let us know as we can point you in the right direction.

Is this TCPA and DNC compliant?

Yes. All leads are sourced using TCPA-compliant methods and scrubbed against the Litigators and Do Not Call list data to ensure you're protected.

What markets do you serve?

What markets do you serve? We can generate leads in any U.S. market, urban or rural, hot or hidden. You choose the locations that matter to your strategy.

How long does it take to start getting leads?

Once you fill out the onboarding form, most clients start receiving leads within 7-10 business days. We move fast and with precision.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment or set up fee?

We ask you to commit to the initial 4 months with no set up fee. After that, it's month-to-month with no lock in. We know you'll stay because it works, not because you're stuck.
